Just brilliant... although there is one thing that I really miss: the links between the scenarios...

DoW have again lived up to their promise.
The Campaign Book 2 has started to ship from the US store with the free Crete Campaign booklet - so they have made the booklet available for download.

This doesn't appear to be a campaign, seems more like 6 individual scenarios...

Nordiskanc, you're correct: This campaign is a set of battles from one large German invasion. In fact, three of four of the scenarios are from different landing zones, which probably were happening at the same time. Memoir's Campaign rules aren't used.
The PDF is identical to the booklets we had at the World Boardgaming Championships this summer, including the annotation on the front cover.
These scenarios have a lot of interesting objectives and exciting combat. Give 'em a try.
And thanks, once again, to Richard and DoW!

The reason these scenarios aren't linked using the Campaign System is because they were used for the tournament. Since players would be losing (and thus get eliminated from the tournament) it doesn't make sense for the Campaign Rules to be in effect. But it is a great selections of battles from the Crete Invasion and players could try implementing some of the Campaign Rules on their own!
The Victory Event Rolls would be easy to use, if anyone wanted!

I would just like to say after having played these scenarios, that Richard have become very skilled at using various objectives to make good scenarios. He also did this in the Winter Wars scenarios and I am looking forward to seeing what he will do in the future.
Great scenarios, Richard.

p5 - Prison Valley
Setup: the number of Axis medals and Sandbags have been switched. There are 6 medals and 7 sandbags. The website has the correct listing for this scenario.

I plan on giving them a go, nice bonus, but the name should've been "Crete Scenario Booklet" or something like that, seeing "Crete Campaign" make one think it is like the Vercors Campaign from a few years back, misleading name. Either way, thanks DoW!

Sadly, there is no snow here, but I still began Unternehmen Wacht am Rhein, but unfortunately, those poor Americans were beaten at Clervaux, at the Schnee Eiffel and at Longvilly... poor GIs have to come up with a better performance next time...

So can you use airplanes? Maybe give Germany one airplane and put the other in the deck? Think I'd go that route since I love planes!
