I was browsing through some of the stuff in the scenarios today and I noticed that suddenly in the Official section that the scenarios from Hedgerow hell and tigers in the snow have been declassified poor op market garden has a can not be built by standard means error but still did anyone else notice this?

I hadn't noticed that but it's probably because they are out of print (and have been for a while). DoW must have decided that it was time to make the scenarios available for people who couldn't find copies on the market! 
The reason the scenarios might have the 'cannot be made' error is because they were designed without any worry for how much terrain they required...since they were just printed on paper and didn't need to be set up.
Enjoy playing them, if you have enough sets to create them!

Be aware that the Operation Market Garden scenario available from the DOW web site is not the same as the one in the battle map series. The battle map series scenario is extra deep (11 hexes) versus the standard 9 hexes and has extra units (e.g., Tiger Tank) or units positioned differently.
For example, as I recall in the battle map scenario (I don't have it with me at the moment), there were two German infantry units caught against the Allied baseline in the Allies left section, with Allied paratroops between them and Arnhem (I remember this because my strategy was to kill those as quickly as possible).
Richard Borg must have adapted this scenario to the standard 9 hex depth.

Good catch!! I completely forgot that Market Garden had a deeper board.  I wonder how this adaptation of the board will play out now that it's a slightly different setup.

The one online is just missing the first two hexrows on the Allied side. Makes the situation different when all German units on the Allied side of the board is gone.
Two British and 1 American unit is also missing.

You do get the Tiger figures and the full scenario for Operation Market Garden, which is one of my favorites. I can't imagine it would be as much fun in the regular 9 hex format. You also get the battle maps, which significantly save on setup time.
So its not a total loss, but I understand your pain.
I actually bought two copies of this expansion so I would have extra Tiger tank figures.
