Rats Badge ?

Can anyone help me here
I was working to earn the Rats Badge.
My understanding is to win it you have to win all the Med Maps as Alie's
(All the med maps as Axis for the Fox Badge.)
Well my question is after winning all Med maps as an Allied player no badge.
Do you need to win both Ax and AL before the badge's are awarded?

Are all your wins against a live player? as solo games do not count.

the Live player wins yes that's whats so strange I had gone through my service record and checked them off I'll double check it but I was wondering if there was any other way of checking.
