Hello,
is there a way of getting the urban combat cards on the DoW webstore as a standalone product or do I have to get the Stalingrand battle Map?

You have to get the map. Some day they might make the cards available by themselves, but it took a long time for the original Command Deck to be sold on its own, so it might be a long time before you can get just the cards.
If you can find a copy of the map, I would recommend you buy it! The pre-printed maps are very fun to own since they cut down on the set-up time so much!

Thanks Ras
I'll try to find the battle map, cos I really find the game much more interesting using combat cards. I can't stop playing Winter War scenarios using the Winter Rules + Winter Combat Cards.
Thanks

Looks promising!! It's new, but I only read English so I don't know what it says...but it looks like it could be what you wanted. Lucky you, and good find!!

This is the German set.
It has the cards but in a German language.
It looks like it contains the reference cards from Air Pack, Sword of Stalingrad and the Command deck and Urban Combat deck.
Have translated it as best I can.
62 Kommandokarten Command cards
66 Geländekarten Terrain cards
23 Aktionenkarten Actions
19 Truppenkarten Troops
10 Flugregelnkarten Air rules cards
8 Flugzeugekarten Airplane reference cards
20 Gefechtkarten Combat Cards(Rattenmrieg which is in the picture is from the Urban Combat Deck)
8 Nationenkarten Nations
3 SWA Karten SWA cards
(=219 Karten)

Nope...after looking around the Store, it looks like the Combat Cards still aren't available in English on their own. Some day they might be offered, but for now the only way to get them looks like ordering the expansion they can in or getting the German set of cards you found.
I remember a while ago DoW started offering the Command Cards in German but I hadn't realized Combat cards were included in that offer. That's great for our German-speaking comrades in arms, since there isn't a German version of the game!

I wouldn't expect to see it for a little while since the cards are still available with the Stalingrad Battle Map in some places. But eventually I wouldn't be surprised to see some of the cards available for purchase on their own like the Command Cards are. But it took a long time before the Command Cards were sold separate from the Base game, so it could be a while for the other cards too.
Keep your eyes out because you never know when someone might be willing to sell their Combat Cards on e-bay or something. Good luck in your search!

Well I stand corrected then, guess I need to open my CB#2 then. I so rarely play 2 player Memoir I didn't have a need to open it to now.

Hello, this is what I've got from DoW CS Service:
| Quote: |
Dear [],
Thank you for your request.
The replacement deck for M44 exists, but it contains the same amount of cards as in the original game.
The german deck includes all cards from all expansions, since the expansions are not localized in German.

Maybe in the future there will be a packet of cards for sale that include the various Combat Cards and the Summary Cards. But until then, I would keep looking for the expansions! Good luck in your continued search.

Amilcar do you speak/understand French?
The urban command cards included consisted of two versions.
One English and one French. Surely someone isn't using either one of those included. I suggest you try your luck on the French forum. There must be players there who don't use their English pack of the set. Same for the winter wars cards...
Good luck.

Unfortunately I can't speak a word in french but "oui" (And I'm not sure whether is properly spelled or not).
But that is a good idea. I'll post in English anyway. Maybe, as you've said, i'm lucky.
Thanks and regards.

Yeah, its not as nice, but if you print them on card stock and put them in card sleeves its workable. You might even find images online. I've done this with expansions and variants for other games (e.g., Pirate's Cove player created legendary pirates).

Moomer, thanks for the link.
I'm trying to get it through my local retailers. Hopefully, I'll be lucky! Otherwise, I'll have to try with the internet, as I did with CB#1.
