Campaign Book 2 Requirements?

I recently purchased the base game of Memoir 44. I have been playing online and thought playing my son over the table would be a blast. I came to the website and noticed the Campaign books. This looks like a really neat feature, where you are able to accumulate battles towards a larger objective. My question is since Campaign Book 1 is out of print, what additional pieces do I need for Campaign Book 2? I'm not sure I understand the way that it is described on the website. For instance, it mentions the "Air Pack." If I don't have all of the pieces it mentions including the "Air Pack" does that prohibit me from completing the Campaign?
As a side note, I've been playing this game for about a month and am hooked. Pretty cool game, and allows me to discuss the battles and history with my son. Very clever game! Hats off to DOW!
I'd also be interested in a "Tactics Guide" in English.

I could swear there is already a thread that answered this question...
You probably already know this, but the website describes these requirements:
| Quote: | The Island Hoppers Grand Campaign can be played with the base game and the Pacific Theater expansion.
The Bicycle Blitzkrieg, Fall of Poland and Break Through Normandy campaigns require tiles from the Terrain Pack.
The Normandy campaign also requires the Breakthrough boards.
The Air Aces campaign requires the Air Pack expansion.
|
So, to play Air Aces you need the Air Pack (for Airplanes, rules, and Air Sortie cards). Air Pack is not required for the other campaigns. And Air Aces was really a bonus campaign.

Thanks guys. The link by ad79 was exactly what I was looking for. It looks like the base game with Pacific and perhaps the Terrain Pack would allow me to do many of the campaigns in the book. I wasn't exactly sure how the campaign book worked. At first I thought it was one large campaign, but now I realize that there are several different campaigns within the book. Thanks again.
