In case I lose a few trains from my Europe set, can I buy replacement trains from the web store?
Thanks.

No, trains are not available from the web store without buying a whole new set. You could try your luck and send in a request to Customer Service and see what happens, but no promises there!
Good luck!

You can also buy Mayday Games Train Token set (just using the Amazon link below to show you what looks like - probably can find it cheaper elsewhere) :
http://www.amazon.com/Premium-Wooden-Train-Token-Pieces/dp/B 00355HU2S
And every 10 pieces of each color are differently shaped. Sadly no scoring tokens come with it, but you can easily use one of the wooden tokens (since each color has 50 tokens!) as a scoring marker.

Is there a support forum so I could ask to purchase the extra trains?

Nope, no forum for that. If you just go to Customer Support, you can find their e-mail address and send a request directly. Again, I can't promiss that they'll send you replacements but it might be worth a try.
Be aware that if they have a long list of requests from all of their different games, it can take a little while to get back to you...but don't lose heart! DoW is very good about communicating with customers even if it takes a bit of time.

I have seen individual Ticket to Ride trains for sale at game conventions, or you may be able to find them online not necessarily from Days of Wonder directly.

DoW includes a few (I think three?) extra trains of each color with the game you already purchased. So, it shouldn't be a big issue unless you plan to lose more than that... or have a dog that instinctively eats whatever falls of the table...
