Equipment Pack scenario questions

I just noticed an apparent discrepancy in one of the scenarios, so I'll start a thread for the entire expansion, just in case there are more.
In 7 - Le Havre, the Special Rules say that the German tank is dug into a "field bunker," but the board and the setup notes both clearly show it as a regular bunker.
How should we resolve this contradiction? Since the notes specifically say "field bunker," that's what I'll assume, until someone official says something to the contrary.

Operation Epsom (#12) does not state how the Axis collects the VP on Mouen.
Start Turn Permanent for each of the cities for the Allies. Temporary Majority for the hills for the Allies.
No text relating to Mouen.

The rules make mention of Supply Trucks
And yet the Allied Trucks are marked with badges for Long Range Patrol Cars
Probably a mis-marking with the badges.
