iPad problems, playing online

I played several games online without any problems on my first night. Now, I put of playing on-line. Twice, I had my opponent stop playing when there was about 18 or so trains left. Then the game crashed a few minutes after I took a screenshot. I got points reduction in the games there I thought I was doing more or less ok. I believe my Internet connection is fine, it could be a bug or very bad tactic of my opponents.
