It is a great game and it has one of the best communities I've ever seen! Very friendly, welcoming people (as you can see) who love to talk about the game and who are eager to help in any way they can.

I was talking about things that we can help with...not things that DoW can help with.  We can offer lots of things to new players, but changing the Online game isn't in our control.
