Mushroom shields

Hi, regarding the mushroom shields acquired playing as shrooms; are you allowed to redeploy the shields into any region you own during redployment phase (for example, stack them all on one spot)? Also, are you allowed to place the shields where you would like the same turn you go into decline? I would assume not to the second question, but just checking, thanks!

Careful, there seems to be some kind of confusion in your message : Shields are not acquired by playing Shrooms : they are not a Race ability, but a Special Power.
That said, once you have placed a Shield in one of your regions, you cannot move it anymore! You can stack several Shields on one spot though.
So, in fact, the answer is no to both your questions.
