I'm generally one for kicking bad people where it hurts, but I have to agree with Elric here. Mostly because Max probably did what the situation dictated.
What's with the bot obsession here anyway ?
Cheating, second account shenanigans (how's my spelling ?), excessive swearing at an opponent, sure. Flame em, I say.
Leaving a game and showing up in another, I'd like to hear about that one.
But playing on against a bot in general ? It's etiquette between top 200 / tournament players to wait. I personally think it's etiquette not to talk BS during a serious 2P game.
It's your own responsibility to have a good internet connection in the first place. Do you want me to write in the "WARNING" thread that you botted twice during the game, making me wait for you and your crappy connection ? Stop using wifi, format C: and re-install your operating system.
I will certainly play on vs. a bot if I'm playing some obscure player who leaves after seeing their cards or after being blocked, just to keep the order of the universe in tact.

Just few words to explain this:
I played at work during my break...(and i think i'm not the only one ) 
And yes i played and i will play many games with an opponent who has connection problems...and i always wait.
But today it was my turn to have connection problems...i was a bit upset and my timing was too short to wait....so the last game before the end of my break,when the bot came i waited ...thinking :
Arghh...again !..........or maybe not.....game was turning for me...did he leaves??...pffff..i wait again..and i'm already late for work....pfffff...:
Yes i finish quickly against the bot telling myself it was the first time...
I even proposed to restart game after deconnection, in match of NC, League, LC...maybe each time it happens...
But i made a mistake today and apologize for that.
For sure it was the first and last time .....
I hope TrueBlue read this...Whenever you want for a "fair" revenge !

And Osterstyle, who loves to race against a bot if you get disconnected and says he doesnt care.
I told him i'd have waited for him to re-enter and eventually quit if he didnt reappear. He said tough luck and that he didn't care.
At least I still managed to beat his stupid ass.

How about this: Sore losers always leave the game before their final couple of turns because they can't bear to see themselves officially lose. OF COURSE I'm going to finish the game off against a bot!

So, I look at him.... and

When I ask him who he is.... no answer. When I said him I'm impressive by his high score with just 16 games, NO ANSWER. And when I ring him.... He's go out the lobby...

KOSTASS had to go at the beginning of a multi and asked all to leave. I did it first and saw the others (LeGoupil and Tchou pinette)stay with him (POULPE13) and continue to play. As the bot played all my locos on the 6 green I didnt need, I purpose the others to block POULPE13 coz he didnt want to leave. In fact, they've played their own games. And the more pathetic for the end, at the last turn on his hand POULPE13 tells "Now we've a lot of fun we can all leave". What he done, of course his bot layed his remaining cards to finish the game.
Some behaviour hurt me too hard.

Update.
Just sharing my opinion on this. You make your own conclusions.
Thunderbirds still claims he has an inactive 2nd account better-ranked, and that he's saving his score. (an impressive 1629, because his regular 1550 is not the exact reflection of the greatness of his game)
Dr Z is constantly logging on and off at the same time as Thunderbirds. Dr Z is in the lobby but never plays nor watches any game.
Thunderbirds plays on ipad, but knows everytime when a player is too low to join his game. That means he has a second account in the lobby to check scores.
No problem until then.
I saw Dr Z having a look at some games twice last week, guess who was in there ?
And today Thunderbirds' score topped Dr Z's... And guess who is not hibernating anymore.
To sum up :
*) Thunderbirds protects his score, and pumps the score of his opponents by using a lower-ranked account.
*) And Dr Z glanced at Thunderbirds; games at least twice, and thunderbirds was never the highest ranked player...
*) He might explain (like the boosting score justification) that a member of his family has been in the lobby for weeks, not playing and decided to watch a couple games for fun.

danielmwenda2 doesn't like block, but stay polite and generally end normally the game even if you block him... but he forget to ask for "no blocking game" when he opens

I was disconnected during the game and when i was back (1mnt later) i couldn't resume because of my wifi. He played against my bot and finished the game. I joined his next game and ask him why, he said 'why do you leave' And he said that i was not enough good for him after he found +17 by drawing  ++ he insulted me.
This guy deserve the redlist.

he is always playing a unranked game, i have to think beause he dont like competitive game, only to fun game.
yesterday he joined my ranked game, when my connection falled down, he playied agains the bot very fast, why? if he only play to fun? if he want to play with bots, open a bot game, no?

DOWNERD, an other who likes play agains bot, when the 2er started i fall the connection, only 2 mins to restart, and he was playing very fast with a bot, 35% of game playied, but he have to be vary bad player, i won the game 105-103, direct to ignore list

Last week I had such an experience with player Quebecrules; for some reason I couldn't resume the game although I had a proper internet connection. Probably a Steam server issue.
I was SHOUTING at him from the lobby, since I could observe him winning me. Sent him a pm afterwards that I would report him on the forum but never did eventually... until I saw that he had changed his name to MARTINQUEBEC (ID 271835).
Thus, I think he knew what he was doing. A high ranking botter.

Piereceou (a 1450-ish player) kept 3 tickets, two of which were obviously LA-Mia and LA-NY. When I blocked him, he called me various slurs and refused to play for like the next 20 minutes -- presumably because he hoped I'd quit, and he could keep his points.
