Deploying 2 rather than 1 Tue, 24 December 2013 16:42
Hello,

I just started playing the small world board game a couple months ago and love it, but I am having some trouble with the app. It was my understanding that at the beginning of the game you can conquer an empty region with only one troop, but every time I try to do that it sends 2. And three for mountains or to conquer the natives. When I play against the computers they are able to conquer regions with just one troop, so I feel like I am missing something...

It might help you to carefully reread the rules and read the description of the Race and Power that the Bot controls. I'm sure with a little review the situation will become more clear. Smile

The default number of tokens required to conquer an empty Region is 2 tokens. If your opponent is able to conquer with 1, it's because he has a special power or race power that lets him conquer these regions at -1 (i.e. Commando, etc.)
