 Can not run T2R-PC

My note-pc's spec is below,
Pentium3 933Mhz
RAM 512M
HDD 40G
Graphic tip(?) ATI MOBILITY RADEON(installed most newly Omega driver)
VRAM 16M
Windows XP SP2
I try to start the program, but the screen change to black and nothing happen.
Is it need to graphic card or higher CPU?
I guess if only CPU spec is problem, it should be started but slowly.
Is it includes check system whether Pentium4 or not ?
Does anyone did install low spec pc ?
What should I do to play T2R-PC on my note-pc?

See the README.txt on your CDROM, and send us the output.log file to support@daysofwonder.com.
Alternatively you might want to check that your drivers supports Open GL.

Hello Brice,
Thank you for your help.
I got you advise and checked my note-pc.
All the troubles were caused by "JAPANESE USER NAME" on my account.
I am Japanese and set my acount name as JAPANESE Words.
Installer and program were not fine with Japanese words.
So it can not worked.
I create alphabet user acount on my pc and install again.
It can work well and no troubles were there.
