Thinking outside the box....... Mon, 01 January 2007 13:50
Very Happy Like many people over the christmas we managed to acumulate loads of chocolate. That was when my love of choc and battlore inspired me. Me and my wife spent most of new years eve afternoon playing battlelore with a twist. Yes you got it Chocolate.. We set up the board as normal for any given mission and then added a hand full of chocs to the map {we used cadbury choc truffles as they look so cool almost like huge monolith,s} Then simply play your mission and if you capture a chocolith its yours to eat mmmmmmm Razz . I can tell you i had to do a lot of soul searching. Do i throw away a possible victory and get lured by that last scrummy almond crunch chocolith?. Any other ideas? shorts? money? jelly baby units {they could be bold but mmm they are tasty if you beat them.. Right i think i need a lie down now i have a belly ache all that choc........

First of all WTF Confused Second, I suppose thinking of various stakes could be pretty interesting. Perhaps a chess timer, three dimensional terrain, one command card handsize, or the loser has to do the winners hair...

Razz Yes pie would be a bit big i think unless you neatly spoon it on to the board using a tea spoon perhaps.

My God!

This post made me laugh out loud hysterically! Laughing And then the first follow-up post was just as funny:

"First of all WTF?" ---- Best opening possible for a reply to a post like that.

Seriously thanks for the laughs after reading through some many serious posts. This post gets funnier every time I read it!

Hmm... think of the strategies!

A player could populate his army from the 'coffee creme' clan, thereby dissuading his opponent from attacking at all.

What's the banner color for an orange cream? And does it require a critical strike?
