Maybe your question was rhetorical, but FAQ does stand for frequently asked questions, no answers guaranteed Laughing

Now, which pocket did I place that note in...

Why is this called a FAQ?

It is just Frequently Asked Questions while the abreviation should stand for Frequently Answered Questions.

There is no answered question by either a DoW employee nor a FFG employee.
I see this now more as the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem where we all put little notes between the stones ...

At least Coltsfan answers our little notes the best he can. Smile

All true, but what is the use of a FAQ if nothing is done with it from the official side.
With all respect to ColtsFan, who I think is in the elite fan category, I rather see Eric with some famous last words about BL.

I feel rather faq-ed. Twisted Evil

It did come through... No worries.

It does seem like everybody is a bit sensitive nowadays and others walk on their toes.

Is it the time of the year ???

What remains to be seen is how involved they keep Richard Borg. They may havd this over to a "game manager" in house. Kind of like what they did with Richard Lanius and Kevin Wilson with Arkham Horror. Lanius, as the orignal designer seemed to have heavy imput in the base game but the expansions and general direction of the big box expansions seem to be under Kevin's complete control. And some of the small box were managed by a 3rd person.

Hope they won't do what they did with Warrior Knights: skip the original designer entirely and hire someone else to do the job.

On the other hand may Richard prefer to have a more laid back role - so that he can concentrate on other games (like Napoleon).

I have been waiting for this moment ever since the M44 Campaign Bag was delayed for the first time due to the release of BL.

Any news on what will happen to the DoW Battlelore scenarios and scenario editor?
