Dear friends,
With the start of a new year, the time has finally come for us to wind this forum down along with all other BattleLore-related features (scenario editor, BattleLore compendium, etc...).
If you have not already done so, we invite you to save as PDFs any adventures you may have created and wish to keep. Please make sure to do so no later than Sunday, February 15. Beyond this date, we will not be able to guarantee the availability of this software.
As you must already know, BattleLore has found new home at Fantasy Flight Games. Please visit them for all future inquiries regarding the game and its support.
Thank you for all that each of you contributed to the game and its vibrant community. BattleLore and the lively debates these forums spanned and witnessed will always remain dear to our hearts.
Sincerely,
The Fantasy Crew at Days of Wonder

Does anyone know if the card compendium has been updated lately?
I'm just curious if the last PDF update by Dark Padawan was the last and most comprehensive.

Yes, Dark Padawan's version is the most up to date, the Compendium hasn't been updated since the announcement we made last August.

Well, the compendia are waiting to be revived, if the need arises. Since I have no idea, if FFG will continue the online compendia, the future of my PDFs is unclear.
Fortunately us german fans have support from the Heidelberger Spieleverlag and the terrific fanpage http://www.worldofbattlelore.de. I do not know, if the french fans are also that lucky.
Thanks again to DoW, for bringing Battlelore to us.
Dark.

Also it might be nice to have some print out or in some shape, the win percentage of each side for each scenario. Of course, with the # of battles that % is as well.
Sure would be a travesty to lose all that info that has been stored so you can have a rough feel for some of the balanced scenarios.
Thanks
Cab

Yes, that would be good, Cab.
Anyone who may still be out there, if you haven't already subscribed to the BL fansite listed below then you would be most welcome. There you will currently find the home of a straight BL campaign, a BL Middle Earth campaign, all of the Wars of the Roses scenarios and campaign rules, plus future Middle Earth scenarios (I'm embarked upon a project to create a scenario for every battle mentioned in Tolkien's entire Middle Earth canon).
See you all soon

Epic, standard, or a battle by battle basis? Regardless, I look forward to seeing those

Initially all standard, but one or two will stand re-doing in the Epic format
