Since our deadline is December 14/23 that means a quick turnaround to get these matches in.
Please put a calendar of days and times available for the next week (thru Dec. 7) here.
I can arrange my work schedule fairly easily to be here to play.
However, Sunday is one day that I am rarely available.
Nov. 30 18:00- 21:00
Dec. 1 most time is free now.
Dec. 2 not available (unless after 23:00)
Dec. 3 18:00- 24:00
Dec. 4 18:00- 24:00
Dec. 5 20:00- 24:00
Dec. 6 18:00- 24:00

Hi being now retired I am available most of the time.
But for the next few days as follows;
Nov. 30 19:00- Onwards
Dec. 1 most time is free now.

At the moment my availability is as follows:
Friday 30th: not available
Saturday 1st: Not ideal, but likely after 20.
Sunday 2nd: not ideal, but likely after 20 (may need break to put kids to bed)
Monday 3rd: not available
Tuesday 4th: 20 onwards (may need break to put kids to bed)
Wednesday 5th: 20 onwards (may need break to put kids to bed)
Thursday 6th: 20 onwards (may need break to put kids to bed)
Freday 7th: 20 onwards
In general - the later the better - alternatively during the working day is fine with me

Have you seen the message from Aleopold?
Do you have ideas?
3 Option:
1) No it is too late
2) Group F become a 7 players group
3) SOme other idea from Jen.
Please tell me today, I have to ask after we worked on creating group F.
Aleopold could be too late, but if he joins the tournament, then I will definitely close the doors.

Hi Qorlas,
Two notes: 1. Keep group F at 6 players. I don't care who the 6 are, but keep them at 6 players. (then all groups are the same, better for tie-breakers and fairness.)
2. If sub Aleopold for JenAck, that is fine. But be sure aleopold can play when our group hours will be: weekdays after 20:00 CET, and before 24:00 CET.
ALSO: have you see the note by menno in group A. His USA evenings are not the same as the others in that group.
Menno indicated he is not available after 22:00 EAst USA. While others in that group on West coast of USA are not available until after 22:00 EAst USA time. Someone needs to ask about his availability in that grouping because that group is having trouble scheduling. aleopold may be a better sub there, and move menno to group F, (or even GFF who is available USA daytime which is 20:00 CET.)
one final note about group F. We begin in earnest on Tuesday, December 4th with games 3 days in a row. So you have a bit of time to work this out for these two groups. Group A will not have much happening either as sysyphus is away for the weekend so they really start play in earnest on Monday.

(I mean from 20-23.30 to make it similar to all the other players in the group) In this way scheduling would be easier and we are speaking only of 3, max 4 evenings to complete the games)

Well we are set to play with menno and gff on Monday, it'd be great to have our group start, and to not be delayed to please people that signed up way beyond deadline...
Menno is not an issue for group À at the moment. I might be more worried about scheduling with doc.

I think that the only good questions are :
1- does JenAck want to play ?
If yes, then aleopold and Black-Is-Back are too late.
If no :
2- can aleopold play 20h-24h CET ? If yes, Black-Is-Black is too late.
If no, Black-Is-Back can play.
Clear answer from JenAck and aleopold have to come as soon as possible. This group have to start a real scheduling with the good players !

Jen is willing to offer her place to another player. She signed in to help form group F.
So the question is:
can aleopold play 20h-24h CET ? If yes, Black-Is-Black is too late.
If no, Black-Is-Back can play.
I wait for an answer from Aleopold as soon as possible.
