Problems with Major Pack Sat, 22 December 2012 07:08
My Brother purchased the Major Pack for me for Christmas. He used a new account to buy it then gave me the account to merge with my own. I merged the accounts, and I now have the $30 coupon on DoW store, and the Expert Mode is opened up, but I do not have any of the Gold ingots?? I am frustrated. He also ordered a board game. Is an activation code being mailed with the board game? Where are my 2400 gold ingots????????

Who can I contact to fix this????
