  M'44 player in Bedfordshire ? Sat, 21 September 2013 21:50
Hello,
Is there any Memoir'44 player near Henlow, Central Bedfordshire ? Confused

I will be in this area for a while (23rd of September to 18th of October), so if a British player want to battle on the board game a poor and lost Frenchman, please let me know by MP.

Yours,

Jdrommel.

Hi,
Thank you Martin, and Dennis, and all the team for this nice afternoon playing Overlord. I really enjoyed to play with you even if the victory was not our.
Thank you again Martin to have time with me and for very good discussions on Memoir'44.
I hope to meet again, soon first then later.

Yours, Very Happy

A very pleasant evening was had by all. It was very nice meeting you JD.

If you and your colleagues are looking for something to do this weekend I can recommend a visit to the corn exchange in Bedford. It was from here that Glen Miller and his band would broadcast their music during the war.

It's also the location of one of the finest beer festivals in the region.

Salut

Dennis. (Fortytwa)

Hi Dennis,

It was really great for me to share that afternoon with all of you and to play an Overlord game on the eastern front.

Next sunday, with two colleagues, we will go to the Bovington tank museum, so it could be a good time again.

I hope we meet again (you and Martin) maybe in France next year : the next Open de France Memoir'44 will be in Normandy near Sword Beach.

Yours, Smile

Jacques (Jdrommel).

I've been there and it is amazing!! If you can, give yourself lots of time because there are lots of tanks to look at. Very Happy

Enjoy!
