The little fairy was turning round on herself, and after resizing the gif( to have it accepted here) she doesn't turn anymore

You must use a software that knows what an animated GIF is.
Try Gimp, it is free (as in Free speech):
http://www.gimp.org
Open your animated GIF, rescale the image, and save as GIF.

You should write your text in the final resolution instead of downscaling it.
