Small World

Small World is a fun, zany, light-hearted civilization game in which 2-5 players vie for conquest and control of a board that is simply too small to accommodate them all! Picking the right combination of fantasy races and unique special powers, players must rush to expand their empires - often at the expense of weaker neighbors. They use their troops to occupy territory and conquer adjacent lands in order to push the other races off the face of the earth. Yet they must also know when to push their own over-extended civilization into decline and ride a new one to victory.

The Grand Dames of Small World contains 3 new Race banners and their tokens. And if you expect the Gypsies, Priestesses & the ghostly White Ladies to exhibit only a demure feminine side, you are making a big and perhaps lethal mistake. These ladies are out for blood! The Grand Dames expansion does show its conciliatory side with 2 new Special Power badges - Historian & Peace-Loving.

Dark forces are at work in the Cursed! expansion. It introduces 2 powerful races - Kobolds & Goblins; as well as 5 new Special Power badges - Cursed, Hordes of, Marauding, Ransacking & Were-.

Tales and Legends

Tales and Legends introduces 54 large-format Event cards which are easily integrated into the game play. At the start of each turn (except the first) a new event card is drawn and put into play. The next Upcoming Event is also visible, so players know what faces them on the next turn.

Be Not Afraid...

There are many frightening inhabitants of Small World, but to survive you must Be Not Afraid...! This expansion for Small World includes a nasty lot of five new Races including Barbarians, Homunculi, Pixies, Pygmies, and greedy little Leprechauns. You'll also get five new Special Powers among which Catapult which allows you to leap over regions to conquer new lands.


Necromancer Island

In this Small World scenario, designed for 3 to 6 players, one of the players assumes the role of a dreaded Necromancer who inhabits an island in Small World's central Lake region. He captures the souls of all Race tokens lost to conquests, using them to progressively spawn Ghosts who invade the surrounding Regions. To make matters worse, his Powers grow as his reach across the land increases. If the Necromancer succeeds in bringing all of his Ghosts into play, anytime before the game's end, he wins!

Small World Underground is a stand-alone game set beneath the surface of the same fun, light-hearted Small World universe of epic conquests and fallen empires. Designed by original Small World author, Philippe Keyaerts, it features all new Races and Special Powers, and introduces Monster occupied regions that protect Relics and Places of great power! Play Small World Underground on its own or combine it with other Small World game elements.



Small World Tunnels

Small World Tunnels

This mini expansion, designed for 2 to 6 players, contains 12 Tunnel entrance markers: 6 entrances (numbered 1 through 6) pointing down from the surface of Small World toward its Underground, and another 6 pointing back up to the surface, thus allowing the two to connect.
