Stronget card of all - Out of Ammo?

Greetings all,
I was playing Breakthrough - Nach Moskau yesterday, as the Axis attacker.
We also used Winter and City Fight combat decks.
I brought a unit up within range of the forward Russian artilley unit and as he opened fire I whipped out an "Out of Ammo" card and sent it scuttling back tio the base line.
He then opened fire with some armour and I did the same again - I had picked up two "Out of Ammo " cards in the opening draw. 
This was a bit of a blow to the defence, and eliciited a few moans and groans from my opponent.
I know it was good luck on my part to have two "Out of Ammo's" yet this card does seem to be very powerful, and a nice easy way to clear a village/strong point on the Eastern front.
Any thoughts/comments on this one?
