I've been trying to get more experience by playing the two free scenarios, often against Johnny. I almost always win as the Allies, but I have never won either of these scenarios as Axis against either a human player or the computer. I've tried every strategy I could think of. I seldom even get within a point of winning.

In playing these scenarios so often, I think I've noticed that Johnny gets better cards than my human opponents. Does anyone know if this is a built-in handicap for the AI? Clearly you have to be lucky enough to have better cards to win as Axis, so a built-in advantage here would be almost a guaranteed win.
