About 2 weeks ago I got Memoir '44 for my birthday. Upon setting up one of the missions we noticed that one of the german artillery pieces was missing its barrel. It really looked ridiculous on the battle field! Laughing

I contacted the customer service last Thursday about this. Just four days later (monday) I received a new piece. I thought this was extremely quick!!!

So a big thank you to the people of the customer service at DoW and to DoW for making great games like Memoir '44, Mystery of the Abbey... I have become a great fan Cool

I had a similar experience with a couple of missing parts from my second copy. Quick e-mail reply and rapid receipt of the replacements. Thanks, DOW!

Yes, their customer service is very, very good. They always contact you within 24 hours...sometimes soon after you e-mail them.Thanks again DOW for the truely great game!!

I found a german infantry piece and an allied tank missing. One email and they are being sent to me right away. Kudos to DOW.
