Do you win if you bid no Gold? If I bid 0 Gold and no one else bids, do I win? If everyone bids 0 Gold, is it a tie which will result in a tie break bid with silver coins? Put it in another way, can you win without Gold or you need silver coins? If you can't, then when everyone has no Gold to bid, the turn will end even if there are unauctioned cards?
The rules didn't mention what happens if you bid 0 Gold or the null case of no bids.

If no one bids, this means that no one wants the card, therefore it is not used and simply discarded.
