No players or games showing up in Lobby Thu, 26 April 2012 20:34
Absolutely nothing is showing up on the Lobby--no players and no games. I am playing on an iPad (completely updated). I have restarted my iPad as well as uninstalled TTR and reinstalled.

Is this just a problem on my end or a TTR app problem?

Sounds like the game has crashed. I'm having that problem too.

I wish DoW would post what the problem is and estimate the fix time. Have a little respect for it's patrons time. How many of us wasted time thinking the problem was on our side of the server?

Hello everyone,

We're sorry about the issue - the servers had a problem during a couple of hours.

Normally, our monitoring system sends us a notice within a couple of minutes, so we react right away.

Unfortunately, this time the servers were still half-alive - at least, enough to fool our monitoring system. So we did not notice the problem immediately. When we realized the issue - and the delay! - we devoted all our energy to put back things in working order as soon as possible.

We're still monitoring what's going on at this moment. Obviously we'll have to improve our monitoring system.

We apologize about the interruption of service and our (apparent) lack of reaction and information. That's not our usual style.
