20 minutes, no move

I've just lost 4 points of my karma
With 18 trains left, my opponent Springsteen just stopped in the middle of his turn. I waited a bit, then I asked a question. There was no reply. In a few minutes, I asked another question, no reply. I read several pages from a book (paperback). Nothing .... Asked some question. Again, there was no reply.
There was nothing from him for more than 20 min. Then TtR (iPad) crashed.
What to do when your opponent stop playing, but not quitting the game?

In the (online) PC version of the game a bot after a few minutes replaces a person who doesn't make a move.
I'm not sure if there's a difference with iPad?
If so, that's quite a nuisance.

I think there might be a bug. I've had another crash on iPad with 14/7 points left, following by another points reduction. Is there a way to report a bug?

The forum
I know the DoW staff pick up things that are reported here.
But i think a better, more direct way is to be found here:

Under "Digital versions of our games" you should find what you are looking for.
