Help! Install program doesn't complete.

I've downloaded M44Online_1_2_0.exe, but when I run it, the installer does not complete. The blue bar loads almost to the end, but then hangs there indefinitely. I went to create a technical question, but I have to have an output log file; I haven't even gotten far enough to have a log file created. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Some more details about your system and/or setup may help.
Your description is to vague for anyone to offer a detailed assessment of your problem.
You can send a bug report to DoW without a log file.
