I've yet to complete an online game with a buddy. It seems that at some point, someone's turn does not get transmitted to the other player. So both players end up sitting there waiting for the other to do something, even though the turn has been played. Eventually, the game times out.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a solution?

no, our games are fine. How many players are you playing these games with? 2 or more? are you sure it isn't one of the players' turn to redeploy their troops, if you are in 3+ players games?

It could also be that someone is forgetting to hit "Done" at the end of their turn to launch the scoring phase. I know that has held up a few games for new players. Smile

It's happening after I play my turns too... And I'm definitely pressing "done" Wink

I've had more than one game where another play has actually taken their turn but the app doesn't refresh. I've only been warned by chat or a hard reset to make sure there wasn't a glitch.

I've had this same thing happen about a dozen times already.
Here's what I do:
1) Chat with everyone to make sure they are having the same problem you are. If they are all "waiting" too, proceed to step #2.
2) Make sure the player on turn has hit the Done button. (I've been the dope twice in one game, chatting away, having failed to end my turn...)
3) If the player on turn has hit Done (or can't get his game to respond to his commands) and still nothing is happening have him exit the game and re-enter. There may be lag time in response to his commands at first, when he re-enters the game. Give the system a chance to get back up off its butt, and proceed with play. If his commands are still not getting responses from the interface, have him keep exiting and re-entering until he does have a responsive interface. I've not had anyone need to exit more than twice yet, and the show goes on!

I'm having the same problem. Haven't been able to complete a single game without it disappearing.

Honestly, I see the timeout (if that's indeed what's happening) as a bug, not a feature.
