Reading "Supported Infantry - Troops 27", it states that:

"On a successful Close Assault, it may Take Ground and Second Close Assault. The second Close Assault must target an adjacent enemy unit."

If this second Close Assault kills or forces the enemy unit to retreat, may a Supported Infantry Take Ground a second time?

I just heard back from Richard about this question. He said that, to keep the rules simple, Supported Infantry can indeed Take Ground after their second Close Assault. This way units can always Take Ground after a close assault and it's easier to remember.

Good question. Cool

Notice that Richard Borg sent a response to this question, so the answer is updated. I didn't want this to get lost without people seeing it. Smile
