INVALID PASSWORD Tue, 05 June 2012 12:55
Logged in today and Password doesn't work anymore it says. So I changed password. Still won't work. I can sign into my account, no problem, only the online game won't let me in. I am real pissed off. Anybody else had this problem?

This system is as dumb as dumbot... I'm surprised things like this can even happen.

Do you have both a Steam account and a DoW account? I know that there is sometimes confusion between the two accounts.

Try to provide as much information as you can so the crew can help get to the bottom of the problem. Good luck! Cool

No I don't recall opening a Steam account. As you can see, I CAN post & reply here. I have earlier also written to "Contact us" with relevant details, so please check for my query there. The game worked perfectly last night, so it can't be my system that's causing the problem.

Laughing I missed that comment about me looking at your query! Very Happy I'm still glad the problem was fixed.

When I think about how many digital games the DoW crew have created and maintain, I'm constantly impressed with the quality of their products and the level of service they are still able to provide! I know that we would all like instant responses, but the number of people they would need to hire for that would surely drive their prices up. I'm willing to sacrifice some of my time for more of my money! Very Happy

Last time it took 3 weeks to get me a reply, by which time I had spent 5 hours fixing the problem myself!

I have to say, though, that I don't know if I would spend 5 hours trying to fix a problem with any computer game...so you're apparently a pretty big fan as well. Rolling Eyes Very Happy

Same here. Awesome games, dedicated customer service (albeit not the fastest one but I share Rasmussen's feelings), wonderful community.
