I have Ticket ti Ride installed on my IPad, but after many plays the screen now goes black after I select the game on my screen. How do I reactivate?

Hi player1211919,
Did you try to reboot your iPad?
Otherwise, we recommend you to re-install from scratch the app.

In case you didn't know, if you delete the game and reinstall it, the App store might say that it's going to charge you the full price again. Don't worry about that...it's just the way the App store works and isn't something from DoW.
You just need to say you will 'pay' again and once it starts to install the game, the App store will recognize that you already paid once and it will not charge you again.
