I was wondering if there is a good order to do the reserve rolls and the VE rolls?
As there is a possible advantage or disadvantage to know what your opponent will do the next scenario if he goes first.

Would you let the player that starts the scenario roll first?

Would you let the player that won the last scenario roll first?

If player A starts, does he do the first roll on the Victory Event then After player B did the VE roll, again player A start with the Reserve roll first?

As there seems to be no ruling I like to ask you players on the forum what you think, especially the ones who played CB1 or CB2.

Thanks.
J.

Personally, I like the mystery and "fog of war" element of players not knowing what the other general is doing. So we determine how many dice each person gets to roll and we roll those basically at the same time. That way we know what the other person can pick, but then we look at our options and write down our choices.

Once both people have their choices written down, we give the paper to the other player and apply the affects. It makes for an interesting sequence!
