Historical Background:
In order to increase the chances of success of the initial landings in Southern England, OKW decided that Kurt Student's famous 7th Flieger Division, recently deployed to battle in Holland, to be used in an airborne assault north-west of Folkestone.

At dawn on September 22, 1940, some 5,000 Fallschirmjagers initiated Unternehmen Ikarus. Ju-52s missed their designated drop zones and two regiments of Fallschirmjagers found themselves closer to their original objectives of RAF Lympne and Postling Heights. Kurt Student lead the attack on Lympne, only half-recovered after the Netherlands mission.

British Home Guard and Army units mobilized in the area, trying to maintain control of strategic points.

The stage is set, the battle lines are drawn and you are in command. The rest is alternate history.

Briefing:
German Player: 5 cards
You go first.

British Player: 2 cards
Draw two cards after turns 1 and 2. You will then have a hand of 4 command cards for the rest of the battle.

Conditions of Victory:
5 medals

The main hex of RAF Lympne is a Temporary Medal Objective for the German Player.

The bridge at West Hythe is a Temporary Medal Objective for the German Player.

The four hill hexes at Postling form a Temporary Majority Medal Objective for both players.

Saltwood is a Temporary Medal Objective for the German Player.

The German Player must control two objectives to win.

Special Rules:
Place a badge on German Fallschirmjager infantry units (Troops 2 - Specialized units). In addition, they only have 3 figures (out of supply).

Place a badge on British Home Guard infantry units (Nations 1 - French Resistance).

The German infantry unit with the battlestar token is led by Kurt Student. The token functions as a Heroic Leader (Actions 8 - Heroic Leader). After the unit is eliminated, Kurt Student is assumed to be unable to lead troops because of sustained wounds and is removed. The British Player thus gains no extra medal for elimination.

High ground hexes block line of sight.
