Historical Background:
September, 8th, 1944. The 106th Panzer Brigade counterattacks without any recon action. The flank of the XXth US Corp is held by the 90th Infantry Division.
The main part of the brigade is looking for a breakthrough at Noroy. In the meantime, a German mechanized infantry company sustained by an anti-tank armoured unit are attempting the same goal at Avril.
The German operation is a disaster and, at the end of the day, the Panzer Brigade is destroyed.

Briefing:
The Axis player takes 5 cards and plays first.
The Allied player takes 4 cards.

Conditions of Victory:
5 medals.
The Axis player wins a medal for each unit that goes out of the card via the road on Avril side, or between the badges "Exit" on Norroy side (3 hexes).

Special Rules:
* German infantry is mechanised infantry (Troops 2).
* US armored units are recon units. Weaker than a standard armored unit, they only have 2 figurines.
