Historical Background: The battle for Vlissingen was part of a larger operation to clear the Schelde River so supply ships could reach Antwerpen. After a massive artillery bombardment Brittish commando's landed at the small beaches near Vlissingen and began to clear it street by street. It took several days before the city and its surroundings we're completely liberated.

Conditions of Victory: De city hexes of vlissingen count as 1 turn start temporary mayority medal to who controls the 10 hexes. The germans start with this medal The city of Dishoek counds as 1 permanent medal to the allied player A temporary majority medal is earned if the allied players occupyies the most hexes of middelburg The owner of hotel britannia (church hex) gets one temporary medal as long as he occupies the hex
Special Rules: - All Allied infantery units are special units no badged are required - The first turn only the allied player may play one of his cards as a artillery barrage ( and draw another at the end of his turn as in any other scenario) - If possible use the urban combat cards (without: armor factory and air bombardment)
