Historical Background: This battle should be preceded by Young Generals, which introduces new players to Infantry units, basic tactics, and the effects of Terrain on combat. This battle includes armor and is a perfect time to introduce Armor Overrun and the new tactics that come with tanks.
As in the other Young Generals scenario, this battle can be played without any of the Tactic Cards in the Command deck.
Elite Infantry units are also introduced in this battle, providing another rule to learn.
Briefing: Allies: Take 5 Command Cards. You move first.
Axis: Take 5 Command Cards.
Conditions of Victory: 4 Medals.
The marked towns are Temporary Objective Medals for each side.
Special Rules: The units with Badges are elite units (Troops 2).
