Historical Background: This is a fictitious battle with both sides being pretty even.
Briefing: An even battle on the breakthrough board. Allies start first. First one to six medals gains initiative.
Conditions of Victory: first one to 12 victory medals win
Special Rules: The marked single guns are big guns and can not move. Ignores first flag, second flag destroys it. Each side gets two mortars added to infantry units of their choice. Each side gets two antitank guns added to infantry unit of their choice. Engineer units get a flame thrower. Each side gets a sniper to place anywhere on their first three hex lines of their side. Sniper is concealed unless does an action, moves or shoots within four hexes of enemy units in line of sight. Sniper gets killed on grenade only, may retreat up to three hexes for each flag. Each sides starts with one plane on board and one plane off board. Plane on board can move with air sortie card or recon 1 card in appropriate section. Air sortie cards get shuffled in deck. The special unit tanks start with four figures.
