Historical Background:
Near Giarabub in Africa the 6th Australian division, along with two units of the British SAS, and the Afrika Korps both need water for their vehicles and personnel. Unknown to each other, they are both racing to the same oasis.

This is not really a historical scenario, although a battle like this did take place with the 6th Australian division near Giarabub, but that was earlier in the war. I wanted heavy panzers (Tigers or Panthers) to be in this scenario, so I'm placing it later in the war.

Briefing:
Allies: Take 6 command cards and move first. You must take and hold the town on the right flank and the oasis and take four more medals.

Axis: Take 4 command cards. You must take and hold the town on the right flank and the oasis and take four more medals.

Conditions of Victory:
Allies: You must have 6 medals with two of them being from the oasis and the town on your right flank at the end of any of your opponents turns.

Axis: You must have 6 medals with two of them being from the oasis and the town on your right flank at the end of any of your turns.

Special Rules:
The Elite forces armor are heavy armor units with Panther and Tiger tanks. These are represented by four figures with the Afrika Korps badges and move 3 and attack at 4 4 4 and grenades rolled against them are counted as misses.
Infantry units in the oasis may recover lost figures as per the oasis rules in the Mediterranean expansion rulebook.
