Historical Background:
When the German forces Ardennes offensive was halting the Americans were pushing the Germans back a small crossroads town called Manhey had to fall. The American forces supported by a French resistance battalion were aiming to take Manhey.The early American assaults were easily push back a ranger company rushed to the rescue. The rangers fought there way through and captured Manhey that afternoon this forced the Germans to make a quick withdrawal.

Briefing:
Allied Player: take 5 command cards
you move first.

Axis Player: take 4 command cards

Conditions of Victory:
6 Medals
Both medals are temporary medal objectives. As long as the allied unit stays on the hex it counts as a victory medal. If the unit is eliminated or destroyed it no longer counts.

Special Rules:
One US and German unit are special forces. refer to MM'44
For french resistance see MM'44.
Air Power is played as Artillery bombard.
