Historical Background:
On December 6th 1943, Montgomery's last best hope to avoid a stalemate fell on the Canadians. Canada's hour had finally come. They were ordered to force the narrow coastal plain in a final effort to at least reach highway 5, the lateral road to Rome. They now have a chance to avenge Dieppe and to prove their national mettle. Good Luck!
