Is there a start player marker in the solo game?

Hi, I've recently started playing Small World 2 on my Kindle Fire. Love it!
My only issue is there doesn't seem to be any marker for who the start player is in a solo game. So if I start a game and come back to it later, I have to remember which bot went first or whether it was me. Several times I've remembered wrong and then paid the price.
Am I just missing some indicator for who went first?
