Some doubts about destination cards deck

Hi there!
Once you have started the game (have already picked mandatory destination cards), are destination cards kept the same for all users?
It's better with an example:
1. I complete my 3 destination cards.
2. Next turn I decide to take another destination card. I see these cards:
Destination card #1
Destination card #2
Destination card #3
3. I pick DC #2
4. We keep on playing and nobody takes another DC.
5. Next turn, I take another DC. Will I still see these DCs?:
DC #1
DC #3
Or will destination cards be showed randomly and new?
