Newest patch breaks NVIDIA BETA driver and Intel Chipset

Dear DoW,
Thank for first of all for putting your game up on HB. Sadly it would seem in the latest patch, the game will no longer run on the latest NVIDIA BETA patch (I rolled back to official release)
But a slightly larger issue is that it seems to have broken playing on the Intel Chipset, it was running fine on my laptop, now the game is a white screen, with Play and More, no background image.
