Sales Terms and Conditions
Before validating the order the customer has read and agrees with the sales terms and conditions described below.
The sales terms and conditions govern the commercial relationship between the customer and Days of Wonder. These terms and conditions supersedes any other terms and conditions.
Through various account activities (such as registering a Days of Wonder board game) you will earn Discount Coupons that can be used to purchase products from the Days of Wonder Web Store. Coupons will expire either 12 months after their issue date, or 12 months from the date of your last purchase in our Web Store. You may apply only two (2) discount coupons per order. These coupons are only redeemable from the Days of Wonder Web Store, and cannot be redeemed from any other company. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash. Coupons are not transferable. Coupons are used only once. In some exceptional situations, coupons will not be applicable to your order. In those cases, a warning message will be displayed in the webstore. Conditions, validity and redemption value may change at any time without prior notice.
Credit Coupons work like Discount Coupons, except that they deduct a fixed value from your order sub-total instead of a percentage. As with Discount Coupons, the discount is applied before calculating shipping charges and sales tax. Credit Coupons are one-time use only: if the coupon's face value is not fully spent, no change or credit will be given, nor will there be any balance remaining on any unused portion of the coupon. You may apply a Credit Coupon's value towards a discount for a larger purchase if desired.
A Discount Coupon and Credit Coupon can be combined in the same order, in which case the Discount Coupon is applied first, and the Credit Coupon is applied afterward.
All conditions of use are identical to the Discount Coupons conditions.
Prices are meant net Value Added Tax. Days of Wonder can modify prices at any time. Shipping is not included.
Personal Information and Credit Card Security
Your security is important to us! Days of Wonder uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the most trusted and secure method for protecting your personal information on the Internet. All personal information and credit card and payment information entered in the Days of Wonder Web Store is secure and encrypted for your protection. We do not even have access to your credit card information, because the transaction is processed directly by the secured servers of the BNP-Paribas bank.
We will debit each card automatically 2 days after your order has been sent. We accept Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard.
A confirmation E-mail will be sent to inform you that your order has been received.
Depending on the destination and the shipping method, shipping charges can be a flat fee, computed from the weight, or from the amount of your order. After selection of these parameters, shipping costs are automatically computed and added to your order.

Other countries cannot be served from our European web store. Please use our US web store instead.
Please notice that for countries outside the European Union (Switzerland, etc.), you will have to pay additional customs fees, billed directly to you by the shipping company.
For French territories, the shipment method is Priority Package from La Poste under 250g. Beyond that weight, we do not have any proper shipping solution.
Important: please note that for shipping methods that do not provide any tracking possibilities (like Prioriy Postal service), Days of Wonder cannot guarantee the delivery of the order, which is shipped at the customer's own risks.
Days of Wonder will do its best to ship the order as soon as possible. During peak periods however, we may experience longer delays in shipping your order. If products are on stock, your order will be usually processed as follows:
- Order created on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday: usually ships the next day
- Order created on Friday: usually ships on Monday
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after your order is processed, with tracking information if DPD or Colissimo was used.
After your order has been shipped, delivery delays are usually as follows:
- Colissimo to domestic France: 2 days on average
- DPD in Germany: 2 days on average
- DPD or Colissimo to Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands: 3 to 5 days on average
- DPD or Colissimo to other countries in Europe: 5 to 8 days on average
- DPD to New Zealand, Australia and South Africa : 1 to 2 weeks on average
The DPD and Colissimo shipping methods will also enable you to track the delivery of your products. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation E-mail that includes your shipment tracking number and the address of the website. Simply follow the instructions on the Order Confirmation e-mail to track the status of your order shipment. Orders shipped by postal service cannot be tracked.
You may return any product ordered through the Days of Wonder website for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges) within 7 days of delivery date, provided that the product is in its original condition. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for Days of Wonder items purchased from our site. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned through the original retailer.
To return an item, follow the Return Instructions on the your invoice. Please make sure you include the reason for the product's return. You must prepay shipping charges, as well as insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Refunds will not include the original shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice.

If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping or handling, or has damaged or missing components, we will replace the product or components free of charge if you tell us within seven (7) days after you received the product. Please contact us at our Missing or Damaged Parts Contact page.
If the address you have given us is incomplete, or if your order is incorrect, we will re-ship the product back to you provided that you pay the additional handling and shipping charges.
Products remain the intellectual property of Days of Wonder, Inc. Your orders constitute in no way a transfer of intellectual property belonging to Days of Wonder, Inc.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Orders shipped to Canada from the U.S. may be subject to import duties.
These terms and conditions must be construed - and its performance enforced - under French law.
