You have a problem or a question about your order

Your order was shipped but you did not receive it? If you received tracking information in your shipment e-mail, make sure you check the tracking link first.

Our games are shipped from the USA, Germany and France. If you are not located in one of these countries, shipping delays may vary. Canadian customers and customers outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway, etc.) often experience delays because of local customs. So if this is your case, please allow 3 weeks shipping time, before contacting us.
