Fantasy Flight FAQ up

There is a brief FAQ on Fantasy Flight's website regarding the transfer of BattleLore.
Looks like Heroes will be available in the Fall and they are not planning on changing the theme or edition of BattleLore anytime in the near future! Woo Hoo!

Glad I won't have to buy (read; abandon) a new edition of Battlelore soon, but really, there is no reason for one EVER, not just "in the near future". But so far, so good. Just wish they fixed the Troll package to be more attractive.

They probably don't have many options but to sell the Troll as is. It sounds like it's already in manufacturing and ready to go.

In all fairness, a new edition WILL have to come out or they won't be able to sell the game to anyone anymore. DOW's supply is going to be finite. A new edition could simply mean a reprint with an FFG logo. Or sturdier plastic or whatever. it could be the exact same thing for all we care, but there will be a new edition eventually.

The FFG FAQ implies 'reprint' rather than 'redesign' or 'revision', which is a hopeful sign that things won't be shaken up too much
