Can someone post the time conversion of the european times to the various american time zones.

I have no idea how or when daylight saving time happens in europe, etc.

Two seconds' Google search.

PS: 0,08 sec in fact.

CET (Central European Time) - EST = +6h
CET - CST (Central Standard time) = +7h
CET - CMT = +8h
CET - PST =+9h

Now be aware that the US ends daylight saving later than the Europeans.
Meaning:
Daylight saving ends in the US in 2008 on November 2nd, while in Europe it ends October 26th.

As there is still daylight saving time (summer time) here in Europe... and because also on http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ you have to piece together what you need in more than 0,08 sec, here a summary of time zone differences to UTC (=GMT) from which you can compute your needed difference between time zones.

In Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Spain... there is CEST (Central European Summer Time) until October 26, 1:00 am. After that date CET is used.
In GB and Portugal WEST is used now, WET after Oct 26.
In Finland they use EEST and EET.

USA, Canada switch from daylight time to standard time on Nov 2nd.

Australia switches to daylight time on Oct. 4th, at least some regions Wink .

Europe

CEST Central European Summer Time UTC + 2 hours
CET Central European Time UTC + 1 hour
EEST Eastern European Summer Time UTC + 3 hours
EET Eastern European Time UTC + 2 hours
WEST Western European Summer Time UTC + 1 hour
WET Western European Time UTC + 0

North America

EDT Eastern Daylight Time North America UTC - 4 hours
EST Eastern Standard Time North America UTC - 5 hours
CDT Central Daylight Time North America UTC - 5 hours
CST Central Standard Time North America UTC - 6 hours
MDT Mountain Daylight Time North America UTC - 6 hours
MST Mountain Standard Time North America UTC - 7 hours
PDT Pacific Daylight Time North America UTC - 7 hours
PST Pacific Standard Time North America UTC - 8 hours
HADT Hawaii-Aleutian Daylight Time UTC - 9 hours
HAST Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time UTC - 10 hours

Australia

CST Central Standard Time Australia UTC + 9:30 hours
CST Central Summer Time Australia UTC + 10:30 hours
WST Western Standard Time Australia UTC + 8 hours
WST Western Summer Time Australia UTC + 9 hours
EDT Eastern Daylight Time Australia UTC + 11 hours
EST Eastern Summer Time Australia UTC + 11 hours
EST Eastern Standard Time Australia UTC + 10 hours

Edit:
As GMT is used in the NC rules: GMT=UTC
Mountain, Pacific and Hawaii time added for Dizz and others Wink
Correction for Spain: using CEST/CET instead of WEST/WET

I strongly disagree. Americans appreciate how Global Warming can affect our National Igloo :
