Problem with downloadable game

I downloaded the ticket to ride game today and installed it. When I started it, all I get is a blank white screen. Can anyone give me an idea of what I can do to fix this?

This usually comes from a missing open-gl drivers.
Install updated graphics drivers for your computer.

This usually comes from a missing open-gl drivers.

Dumb question time. Vista tells me that the drivers for my nVidia GeForce 8200M G are up to date. Are there separate open gl drivers somewhere I need to download? If so, where is a good place to find them?

I also have a problem with the downloadable game - it doesn't work! I' ve downloaded it 2 days ago, installed it, but when I try to play it, nothing happens. The images seem ok, I can see others joining the game (I've tried both the solo and the online versions), I am able to chat with them, join/create a game, but I can't play. I can only see the back of the cards and tickets. And also there's no sound.
I don't understand what's wrong.

Please download the latest version 1.1.1, it fixes a few issues, maybe yours.
If not, then head to our support section where I'll handle the case. Do not forget to include the output.log for diagnostics:

I have a problem with the downloadable game also. My netbook screen is 1024 x 600 or 800 x 600. The bottom part of the game doesn't work at all. The buttons and pointer don't match up. I have to ctrl alt del just to exit the game. Is there a config file I can access to fix this? Thanks

The minimum supported resolution is 1024x768, the game can't run with less. Maybe you could setup your netbook with a virtual screen?
