Well, it's not missing in the catalog enclosed with my Small World game. Check the last page 
I have the game in french, though.

Looks like you were right. I bought it yesterday and played it last night with just the wife and I. We enjoyed it quite a bit and I'm sure we'll have another go at it tonight now that I discovered the official 2-player variant. (We played as each corruption token cost a talent (too little I know) and used only four of the dice (giving us two offerings).
